How often will I receive my outfit box?
We deliver on a monthly basis. So, depending on the periodicity you choose, you will have a new delivery at the beginning of each month.
What if one or more items don’t fit?
Based on the quiz answers, our stylists will do their best to find the right sizes for your kiddo. Nevertheless, in case something is not the way you want it to be, you can return it, free of charge.
How do I know I will receive the good sizes?
Each box is curated to match your quiz answers. So, every new box will have a bigger size, corresponding to the new age. Unless you tell us otherwise!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. And even though we would be sad to see you all grown up and leave, you can cancel anytime, except the last and first 3 days of each month.
How can I use my store credit?
You can use it on any future purchase in the Zazz Kids online store.
Can I change my plan during my ongoing subscription?
Sure thing! You can upgrade anytime and we will only charge you the difference for the ongoing month and the new full price thereafter. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade unless you cancel and resubscribe.
